We really enjoyed the comforts of this small hotel. We had fairly quiet and huge rooms with an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location couldn't be more great and amazing to many tourist attractions.

Great location close to the train station, sightseeing spots, and tram to the airport; enjoyed dining at Trattoria Enzo e Piero nearby multiple times.

Spent 4 nights here with my daughter, had a perfectly pleasant stay overall. Enjoyed good food in the lobby. The location of the hotel was handy and ideal, walking distance to a central market and an old market. And near restaurants and bars, it was a bonus...

Everything was really good, and it had good wi-fi. The beds were comfortable here, and the rooms were tastefully decorated and brand-new. The hotel had a central setting near to the railway station. It was perfectly pleasant 4 days, would stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel with really helpful and very efficient staff, we felt like home. It was in a handy and ideal location near restaurants and bars.

The room I stayed in was fabulous with balcony, great space. The price was me$ 67. The location of the hotel was central, next to the centre of Florence, outdoor leather shopping market and the railway station and the tram to the airport. Had lunch/dinner at Trattoria Enzo e Piero, which I found around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The whole experience was pleasant, recommend. Everything was very good, hospitable staff, ideal location adjacent to all the main points of interest and train station, and surrounding area. The room was comfortable and with comfortable beds. Walk-in showers in the private bathroom was a plus.

I had an emergency overnight stopover and booked Hotel Joli online just an hour before arrival. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. Despite being close to the station, the street and the hotel are quiet. The room was simple but clean, and the breakfast was simply amazing! The rooms are spacious, a rare find in Europe. Good location to walk to main attractions. The owner's wife cooks everything with love, and I gained a pound in just a few days.

I do recommend this hotel.

The presentation of the hotel at the Booked.net is misleading. It occupies two half-floors of very poorly maintained house; the price was too high for such discomfort.

A bit overpriced for what you get - though we did stay here during the peak season in the Summer.

Good location, nice and quiet street, rooms basic but clean.

Limited breakfast, no hot food, mostly pre-packaged cakes and biscuits - not enough fresh fruit - tables not cleaned following previous guests so you are surrounded by crumbs on table, chairs and floors. Bit overpriced compared to another hotel we stayed in Florence where we got more value for our money. Rooms on third floor which can be accessed only by old fashioned lift or stairs - lift not reliable so not suitable for elderly guests. Will not be staying here again.

The best part of the stay was the delicious breakfast with eggs and cakes, the location was magnificent and the staff was excellent.

The staff were friendly and efficient, making us feel welcome as business guests. The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of hot and cold options, constantly replenished. The location was convenient, close to public transport and within walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Felt very at home, nothing to complain about.
